The landscape changes along the way, and we’ll make stops for pictures and to take in the views from the panoramic views before arriving at Kasbah Telouet.

Later, we’ll arrive at the famous kasbah Ait Benhaddou (fortress), a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After passing by Ouarzazate, we’ll arrive at Skoura village which contains one of the Kasbahs in Morocco.

You’ll have an opportunity to walk around the palmary and see the old Kasbah before spending the night in a hotel.

Day 2

Skoura to Merzouga. Start your journey through valleys, villages, and ancient castles. It has a street called 1000 Kasbah. Discover the diversity of landscapes and Berber cultures on the way, passing Kalaat Magouna, Boulmane Dadis and visiting the Todra Gorge, from where we leave the road to our destination, the Sahara, stopping at Tenjidad for lunch or refreshments as needed. After our lunch break, we continue our journey south, stopping to visit an ancient interconnected aqueduct (Al Katara).

After that, we continue through Erfoud, Desert Gate, and Fusil LAND. Optional visit to the Fusil workshop where handicrafts are made, either for everyday use or decorative purposes. Whether we stop or not, we continue to the desert land of Merzouga. Take a car break, then ride a camel to base camp, watch the sunset, photograph the dunes of the Sahara desert landscape, get there, put your luggage in the tent, and have free time before dinner in the Sahara desert. After dinner, people gather around the fire pit and the base camp team begins to sing Berber songs on their instruments.

Overnight in a cozy tent.

On the way, we pass the southern ancient city of Rissani, then we sweep the road to Alnif, Tazarin, and Ankoub. We drive through flat desert country and Anti-Atlas hillsides and villages, stopping on the way for refreshments or photos and lunch if needed.

We arrive at Agdz in Daraa Palmary and find the hotel where we will spend the night. After rest and shower, we will take a walk to explore the area and interact with some of the local Berbers. This is beyond everyone’s expectations.
